A walker, educator, and guide for wellbeing processes with more than 20 years of experience leading circles, workshops, and healing retreats, weaving a bridge between his people’s traditional knowledge and interculturality.
Naty Giraldo
Psychologist, art therapist, and medicine woman
Brings together contemporary psychology with ancestral wisdom and the expressive arts to guide processes of deep healing, self-knowledge, and personal and communal transformation. Also coordinates bookings for the territory.
Taita Santos Jamióy
Traditional doctor and family therapist
A knowledge-keeper and leader of the Kamëntsá people of the Sibundoy Valley, with more than 30 years of experience bridging ancestral medicine with contemporary psychology to heal human bonds and the fabric of community.
Iván Izquierdo
Traditional name Bunkwawin · Healing, Mother Earth pedagogy, and music
A spiritual guide and traditional farmer, committed to food sovereignty and the protection of biodiversity. He is a musician and leads the group Zamaikwa, sharing his people’s sounds and worldview.
Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta
The Izquierdo family belongs to the Bintukwa Aruhaco people of the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta. This territory — regarded by the peoples of the Sierra as the heart of the world — is the starting point of the pedagogy and worldview that sustain every gathering at Zaku Kwariwan.
